Believing the impossible

"And Jesus said unto them ... , "If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to younder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible to you."
Romans 1:17

"The only reason most people SEE the impossible as such...is because they've allowed their eyes to wander." - Izzy That motivational Guy

What was it that you thought might have been possible if you only believed? Was it leaping off the rocket shaped monkey bars, as I did, believing that you could fly? Was it trying to submerge yourself beneath the bright white and clear bubbles, while bathing, only to come up gasping for air after discovering that your DNA could not be traced back to Princess Ariel's mer-people? How many times did you believe or "pretend" that the gifts and special powers of your favorite superhero were extended to you as you swooshed and leaped behind the bushes in grandma's backyard? When the disappointment came did you do like most and let go the silly thoughts of childhood and ignorance? Did you simply walk away, chalk it up as a loss, and decide to grow up? In growing up, how many of us found that the disappointments, of times past, still keep us extra cautious even when the truth ushers in the change that we've been asking for? How many of us turned away from our dreams the moment it was too hard or the journey seemed a bit longer than what we first expected. We treated our steps in the sand as if we were just wandering in the wilderness and as if our goals and dreams were simple mirages that we would never really taste or feel. Well, this isn't the backyard, the bubbly bathtub, the monkey bars, and, or the old wooden tree house fort. This is your life, your strengths, your goals, your destiny. I challenge you this day...go back to the point when you started settling and stopped believing. Just as a closed mouth cannot be fed (but one that is open, asking, seeking, wanting can), your acknowledging, your simple believing is enough to agree with the Divine order. Your strengths alone cannot move your mountain, however, your faith's statement and belief in the same is enough to agree with the mighty forces of the majestic. Embrace the idea that continues to spring forth in your mind. You know, the idea that you brushed off...yet it keeps coming up as if you're still being prepared to see it come to pass (the book, the great idea concerning you, the foundation, the...the...you know...the big idea!!!). I dare you to start believing again. You may feel as if you're now up against the wall....but hey...you made it to the wall!!!!!! Treat the wall as your mountain and laugh! One of the greatest men I have ever known often says, "don't tell God how big your mountain is....tell the mountain (wall) how big your God is!" Believe and it has to crumble....believe and it will come.

You Can... You Will
Take each moment and work it, live it, be it to the fullest!!!
